Progressive Workers Worldwide recruit and select members of staff in accordance with current Legislation,experience and good personal practices.

Procedures - Advertising

The advertisement will:
  • Outline the main tasks of the post and give applicants a telephone number to make informal inquiries. A job description and person specification will accompany all application forms sent to interested applicants.
  • Comply with current legislation, With particular regard to Employment Agencies.
  • Contained in the statement “Progressive Workers Worldwide” is an International Recruitment Agency.

Job Applications

-All applicants;

  • Will undergo an initial telephone screening.
  • Progressive  Jobs Selection Process
  • Will Complete the company application
  • Will be invited to attend interview. Will Submit work samples, site tests and engagement in various selection activities depending on the position in Question.
  • Face to Face interview is an important part of our personnel selection.

All interviewees will;

  • Be asked to complete and Sign the Disclosure form .
  • Be interviewed by experienced and qualified professionals.
  • Be checked against the interview checklist to ensure that all requirements of the law have been satisfied.
  • Provide Names and Addresses of two relevant employment referees
    who will be asked to provide a written reference
  • Be assessed for suitability against the job description and person specification for the post Have their qualification and experience checked

Client Selection

Shortlisted candidates are sent to clients (we do the scheduling).

We also send our interview notes (to be read AFTER clients interview candidates). We may or may not join the client for interviews (depending on client’s preference).

Successful Applicant

  • After interviews, we follow up with clients and candidates
  • Clients provide contract information for new hires, start date, salary etc…

Follow up

Follow up and feedback forms will be sent to clients.

Psychological Assessment

  • Optionally, through the Psychological Assessment service, we may test and evaluate the employees of the employment company, using standards tests, Assessment Centers or other tests as required by the specific client needs.
  • After the evaluation and testing procedure, a detailed report will be sent to the employer, with relevant information regarding the personality traits and the professional abilities of the candidates, toward high  efficiency.

Efficient Costs – Low Budget

  • The employer pays a commission ONLY when they hire the candidate – We have a “No Hire, No Fee” policy.
  • The recruitment expenses will be a percentage of the employee’s salary,depending on the requested staff for recruitment.
  • We will support all the costs and expenses in marketing and promotion
  • The full payment of the commission offers the customers a guarantee of atleast,3 months for each employed candidate. By means of this guarantee, we shall replace for free as soon as possible any candidate who turns out to be contradictory to our employers partners’ on demand.
